I moved into Al Reef Villas in Abu Dhabi and they had very old and simple on/off thermostats. I was concerned about the compatibility of these thermostats, but they were easy to install and work like a charm. I now have automatic thermostats and efficient air conditioning in my villa, and I'm already seeing the difference in my electricity bill. The plate that attaches to the wall has sliding mounts on all four sides that allows for easy installation to your current wiring box. If not, they should be easy to return with Amazon. It took 30 minutes to install 4 thermostats.

Bought it to replace an existing thermostat which did not have the auto fan mode. This is important because when the desired temperature is reached, the compressor switches off. If the fan remains on then it brings all the outside humidity inside your house. This one switches off the fan when compressor is switched off. Had it Installed professionally but its possible to do it yourself if you know what cable goes where. It doesn't need a C cable. Just power, ground, AC cable and 3 fan speed cables.

I bought thermostat from Amazon , it went well for initial 3 week now after a month I have started facing problem with its buttons of On/Off. now I have crossed the 15 days return as well . And it has become waste for me . It’s an expensive product .
