Works well on an induction stove with 2 zone bridge function.
Works well on my Frigidaire 30"W induction stove with a bridge function between the 2 left hand inductor elements. Each end and the middle of the pan heat up nicely. The temp falls off about 50deg. close to the perimeter edges. Not an issue. 2 zone induction compatible griddles are hard to find and can be very expensive. This unit is sturdy, of good quality and affordable. Nice looking unit too.

Great skillet
This covers two burners and works great. My husband uses it for cooking bacon and eggs at the same time, or for making french toast for the family. Definitely worth the money.

Love this griddle!
This griddle works very well for an induction cooktop with bridge. It is the exact size needed, cleans up well and handles do not get hot. Highly recommend this lifetime warranty product.

Mostly happy, but some shortcomings
Doing Sunday brunch (pancakes, bacon and two types of eggs) used to take me forever to complete. I guess I could have busted out more than one pan, but I used to cook it all in one skillet. I thought this double-burner griddle could be what I was looking for, and to a large extent, it was. I'm not sure that any other double-burner skillet would do better; the shortcomings are somewhat the nature of the tool. First of all, with the 12" skillet I used before, I would cook three pancakes (approximately 4" diameter) at a time. With this skillet, I can cook up to eight at once, but more comfortably six. The heat distribution is definitely imperfect. The skillet is noticeably hotter on the sides that are over the burners versus the middle which is between burners. So if I cook pancakes across the griddle, the pancakes in the middle definitely don't finish at the same time as the ones on the side, and that's annoying. I found a better method is to cook the same thing on the sides, and something different in the middle. Since bacon takes the longest, I cook the bacon in the middle and pancakes on the side. That way, I can still cook everything in less time, but the pancakes all get flipped at the same time. So I've worked around the imperfect heat distribution issue. How level is the griddle? Not bad, but not perfect. If I crack eggs into the griddle, they stay relatively circular. Definitely within my level of tolerance. (In the skillet I used to use, the eggs would pool at the sides.) However, if I beat up eggs for scrambled eggs and pour that into the griddle, *that* will tend to pool on the edges. I think it's a lot to ask for a griddle to be perfectly flat. (And even if it were, is your stovetop perfectly level?) So as far as that goes, I think this griddle is pretty flat and those who complain are either asking for too much, or else they possibly got a defectively product. As far as cleaning, the non-stick surface has held up well so far (one month) and the surface is easy to clean. The only reason the griddle is difficult to clean is because it's big. It's supposedly dishwashable, but it won't fit in our dishwasher in any configuration. So I hand-wash it which hasn't been too bad. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the product.

Perfect for induction ranges
Works wonderfully on induction range. Makes making grilled sandwiches much easier. Easy to clean and solid but not too heavy.

Works great with induction stove tops!
Best model for induction stove tops! I'm sure it would work great with electric and gas burners as well, but few other models have the needed ferromagnetic qualities to work with an induction stove. the cast iron ones will, but also pose the risk of scratching your glass. This one's smooth on the bottom, with a nice non-slip coat on the top. Great for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc w/ even heat. OK for oven baking as well under 500 degrees F. I'd highly recommend!

Perfect size for my range.
This 18 x 10-inch griddle fits perfectly on my 30-inch Frigidaire gallery electric range with a bridge. I like the weight of the griddle. It is easy to clean but doesn't fit in my dishwasher, which is not a problem for me.

At least, a workable double burner griddle for induction!!
With the increase in induction cooktops, and a common feature of those cooktops being a bridge between a front and back burner, you'd think that it would be a little easier to find a double burner griddle that was induction friendly. But alas, there are painfully few on the market. Most that would otherwise be induction capable based on their material are really made for gas and don't lay flat on the surface - one side with ridges and one side flat but with a raised lip, make it not viable. The ones that in theory could work (with just one cooking side and the other side flat like the lodge CRSGR18), mostly haven't worked well -- with very uneven heat distribution and warping. This cuisinart one was a pleasant surprise. It nicely spans 2 burners. It distributes heat pretty evenly (not perfectly - pancakes for instance cook more quickly in some spots than others). And it cleans well with its non-stick surface. I use it primarily for breakfast foods - pancakes, french toast, etc, on an induction cooktop and it works very well. I would prefer a little less of a lip so it would be easier to get a spatula under foods near the edges, but other than that ( and the slightly uneven temp distribution), this is a winner, and by far the best of its kind that I've found.
