These are perfect for me, as I am intolerant to many other supplement ingredients; cellulose, wood pulp and enemy number 1 for me :potato starch, in many vitamin tablets this can be labelled as maltodextrin.These contain rice bran oil, bovine gelatin, beeswax, glycerin, calcium carbonate, soy lecithin.I need a boost of calcium, due to calcium loss in my bones (osteopenia), but, I cannot consume enough via foods alone.2 tablets give me 51% of my daily requirement, so not providing 100%, but, that is better for me, as I can eat sardines/salmon/yogurt to obtain the rest. I don't want to rely soley on supplements, it is okay to use them to enhance a healthy(ish) diet.They have magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3 too.Note: they are quite large softgels, also a bit stinky in the jar..but this does not affect your breath.Not suitable for vegetarians, they contain bovine gelatin.Best to take at each softegel at different times, as with most vitamins, your body cannot utilise them all in one go.Also, probably best to take when you have not coiffed caffeinated drinks as this can affect absorbtion of vitamins.
