I love this flax seed. I was introduced to ground flax seeds by Dr. Oz and then looked up the benefits of this MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acid). This one has a nice nutty taste. I add it to my berry smoothie and it is yummy. MUFA's help reduce belly fat; the dangerous fat. The fiber keeps you full longer and since I add protein powder as well, I'm good until my mid-morning snack, sometimes even lunch. I have found this flax in grocery stores but its more expensive there. I try never to run out.

My gastroenterologist recommended 2 tablespoons of flax seed every day, so I have long purchased this brand at my grocery store. Lately, I have unable to find it at the store, so I have begun buying it on Amazon. I use it in cereal, oatmeal, pancakes and yogurt. I can't say that is has a taste, but it blends well, although it doesn't disolve. I keep it in the refrigerator after opening and it stays fresh for a long time. A great buy for fiber, protein and omega 3's.

Not grainy, no aftertaste, no added fillers. Great product.

I really love this product and sadly my store stopped carrying it so it’s Amazon to the rescue. I add the flax seed to a drink I make with skim milk Brewers yeast and milk. It tastes wonderful
