If you never had a 4-wheel you HAVE to try it. Once you tried you will NEVER go back to a 2-wheel. Oh, if you never tried: FYI you can use this as a two-wheel when you are rushing and dashing. So, there, dual options.So, yes, it is everything you expect it to be.It is worth the money because the extra bit of $$ you pay is for the looks, material, construction, and the name brand. That's it. You can probably get a cheaper one elsewhere with the exact same performance but a bit less on the eye and more generic in everything. I couldn't find one here so I bought this one. The wheels roll smoothly if the bag is pushed or pulled. The bag also has an outer hard shell which gives the bag great shape and sturdiness for putting in the overhead compartment when traveling. However, I have two problems though. My 15-inch laptop placed in the side pockets would topple the whole bag flat on the floor when it is opened.
