Some products claim to have the same dosage or stronger but you need to take two or three pills a day. That makes the cost much more..

I take this daily! I have lupus! It’s the only supplant where if I run out , I can feel the joint pain return! Great price! Did my research!

I got these because of the reviews. I have been dealing with some minor tendon inflammation and overall minor health concerns I thought that these would help with. I don’t think I noticed a difference, but still continued to take them for several months in hopes that they were doing something behind the scenes.

It has helped me with joint pain and inflamation. Capsules are easy ti swallow.

I put one in my protein shake, and it actually taste pretty good I think because of the ginger?

So many brands how does one choose it know they worked well. I'm happy with them.
