Very disappointed especially since my child didn't even carry excessive books

Can't handle daily use for school books which this was advertised for! Very disappointed especially since my child didn't even carry excessive books! By October one month into the school year the bag straps popped!!! This bag at least handle 5 black and white composition note books and one loose leaf book are you kidding me. Contact seller told me past my grace period for help!! Never will they get my business again this wasn't inexpensive book bag just nice looking! !
