Before taking this brand and dosage of biotin, i was taking 2500mcg biotin from another brand and that dosage worked well with me, hair is good, skin is good, my sleep was good. However lately, i couldnt sleep well. Having insomnia and even wakes up at 2am during of which i introduced 2 supplements in my system, this 10,000mcg biotin and vitamin-d. Although biotin is meant for hair growth and skin, i believe it has contributed to my sleep issues. I stopped taking it for 2 days and my sleep is starting to go back to normal. Perhaps this dosage is too much for me, im going back to 2500mcg.

It is excellent for kids since the pills are flavored and chewable.

I have used Natrol for several years. Without it, my hair is very fine..but with a daily tablet I have far less hair fall. My hair is fuller and super healthy. When starting out it takes a few weeks to kick in but once it does it makes a big difference.

These biotin gummies are really easy to take and taste amazing with a natural strawberry flavor. I noticed my hair fall has reduced since I started using them. That said, I also followed other hair care steps alongside, so the overall improvement is a combination of both. Still, very happy with this product and would recommend it!
