I bake frequently for family, friends, neighbors and charity. Ghirardelli chocolate chips are the best quality. These chips have been harder and harder to find lately and have become much more expensive. This was a good value that I was really glad to find. I ordered a large amount for a special baking project and know the friends who will be receiving it will enjoy their favorite chips in the cookies.

Chips are good, but only order when it's cold. I was refunded when 10 days of shipping in non-thermally controlled trucks in May caused a case full of delaminated and clumped together chips. Texture and taste adversely affected by this. Only order when it is COLD weather. I like little frozen chips as a snack --cold doesn't hurt them, but melting over and over does.
