100% genuine OEM tensioner for my 2003 Accord. Got rid of a slight chirping noise coming from the belt. Went ahead and replaced the belt as well. Super easy job with the proper tool. Price was lower than online Honda parts website and way less than dealer.

Buy OEM
OEM is the only way to buy for a belt tensioner for a 2005 2.4 l Honda Accord. I tried a couple other aftermarket parts like a premium and they are garbage garbage garbage garbage all of them garbage. OEM is the only way to go. The problem I found with the others were misalignment with the belt tensioner pulley. What a difference. Don't buy aftermarket they're all garbage
