Nicely made switch
Handy little micro switches and cables. The cables have 3 wires (red, white and black) that should give you a choice of normally open or normally closed contacts. But after testing them, I found only the black and white are used and the red is not thus giving you a normally open contact. The little circuit boards holding the switch are mounted with machine screws of 4mm or 4-40 thread. You might only use 3 switches (1 per axis) and the other switch configured is software. The cables have connectors on both ends. One end fits the switch but the other connector will not mate to the controller board pins. You must modify that connector. Kinda dumb on SainSmarts end.

Exact fit
Fit my 3018 PROver perfectly. I only needed one piece and did not need the wire so I left we 5 switches and 6 wires. The quality of the part is very good and it works as it should. If another one breaks, at least I have extras.

And OK choice
These switches are compact but there are a couple of tricks with them. The soldering for the switch itself sticks out underneath the PCB board so you have to use spacers in order to mount them. Also, the cables have a three-wire system, which may not work with some CNC boards.

They work and easily bodged to work on CNC 1318 / 1419 etc.
They worked fine. I actually sanded down the slightly raised PCB on the switch side and directly glued them to appropriate places on my CNC 1419. Only lost 1mm of travel for each axis. Easily undone, and required no fixtures or drilling. The supplied cables work if you have 6 limit inputs. If you have only 3, you can fashion the supplied cables into "Y" cables with mild soldering skills and some heat shrink tubing.

Perfect for my design applications.
I am creating a printer that is now obsolete, however, not the fault of these limit switches. Measurements are ture from the first to the last application. AND I didn't have to make wiring harnesses!

Not complete
The mounting holes on my new 2018 Plus match these parts, however the bottom of the part (conveniently not shown in the several pictures) have several protruding uneven uninsulated electrical connections. I cannon install these on my metal frame without creating a short, and they do not lay flat. One YouTube reviewer shows mounting using thick double sided tape which seems like it might work. Note there are no mounting screws included creating the need to make a trip to local hardware store, and also guessing the right length and diameter of screw.
