My top choice.
This is actually a replacement for one I bought years ago that simply wore out. If you have sinus issues this is one of the most useful things you can get. Mind you it's not fun squiring salt water into your nose but it really does work. Reduces post nasal drip, rinses out the gunk and makes it a lot easier to breathe esp at night. I use it before bed time. It works on the same principal as the neti pot but I find it more efficient and easier to use. I highly recommend.

I’ve never had success with nasal rinses until this!!!
HOLY. COW. I had to write this review ASAP because I’m so shocked how well this works 😭 I’ve tried a Neti pot SEVERAL times in the past with no success. I currently have a nasty sinus infection and cold and I haven’t been able to smell and taste for several days. I used this and could smell for a minute! Then it went away again…my smell and taste finally started coming in and out and so I used this and it made it come back 😭 I shot the rinse up there pretty quickly and you wouldn’t BELIEVE the amount of stuff that cleared from my sinuses (and I did it several times). I was SHOCKED, because I’ve never been successful with Neti pots. Maybe because they flow so slow? I’ll never go without this again!

Nasaline vs Netipot, Nasaline wins
This works great! I opted to do this rather than pay the $80 for a more expensive nasal irrigation system. Counter space in bathroom was primary motivator for ordering the Squip Nasaline System. I have used a netipot on and off for a couple of decades. In the last five years I've used a netipot several times per week depending on need. However, the netipot was just not flushing the thick mucus out of my sinuses that is now accumulating. Felt I needed something that delivered the saline solution with more pressure. Felt like the sinus cavities were still full after netipot and the only mucus flushed out with netipot was the path of least resistance. The thick stuff just wouldn't budge. I've had Nasaline for about a week now. Used it probably 6 times. I can say unequivocally that it is a huge improvement over a netipot. Netipot works on gravity while this actually allows you to push the saline solution into your sinuses flooding the cavity and pushing out the mucus. If you are comfortable using a netipot, you will be comfortable using this product. A short history of my sinus issues: Bad allergies as a child, chronic sinusitis pretty much all of my life. Taken every OTC pill known to man plus a few prescription meds to keep sinuses clear. Steroids plus Afrin type meds up the nose all my life. Been dealing with a sinus issue since I can remember and here we are decades later. Last decade or so I quit using any and all spray medicines up nose and rarely pop pills to clear sinuses. Irrigation works best for me. Nasaline is a huge improvement over a netipot.

Easy to use and keep clean and dry - lasts for months
I use this in the shower and then pull the plunger out and shake both parts then wrap in a clean small towel. I have no trouble with these wearing out fast. I usually keep using the same one for more then 6 months. Eventually, they do get tough to slide and they really should be replaced by then anyway. To use this correctly, do not squirt the fluid up your nose. You want to use it similar to a neti pot - gently. Tilt your head to the side and gently and very slowly depress the plunger. This is not to hose out your sinuses, it is to create a trickle of salt water past your sinuses, both moistening them and by suction pulling out mucus. Gross? No, it's gross not to use it. Like teeth brushing, I would never want to go a day without cleaning out my nasal passages and sinuses. This thing is also a life saver during colds or sinus infections or to use after you have been exposed to dust or pollen, etc.

Effective and great value
I've had severe sinus infections for years. after using this daily I have seen great improvement. I've tried other versions that were less expensive and they either broke or didn't expel the saline very well. I highly recommend this one!

Nasaline Nasal Rinse
I have a history of sinus infections and was already suffering through several head colds this winter when someone suggested I look into a neti pot. After reading a number of reviews on different products I decided on this one for the combination of effectiveness, convenience and price. It is relatively easy to get used to using and it seems to be working pretty well so far in keeping my sinuses cleaned out. The biggest challenge has been learning how to lean my head just right in order to drain out all the water in my sinuses; it can be a bit unnerving (and embarassing) when it starts to run out when you're not expecting it! I think I've got that down now and overall I'm pleased with this purchase, although shipping time was surprisingly long.

Must have for people prone to clogged sinuses
I had the problem of falling asleep and waking up in the middle of he night with my nose stuffed to the point where it would wake me up. I tried blowing it as much as I could before bed and even tried moisturizing gels figuring it was a result of living in a dry area (Denver) Nothing seemed to work and I was very disappointed at the options. I don't like having to force water in my nose but figured this was my next option to flush out the full nasal cavity. I ran across this one and figured for the price it was at least worth a try. After the first flush I though this isn't pleasant but the process isn't supposed to be. Within the next half hour I was clearing out my nose with all the stuff that was blocking everything, getting my nose cleared out and feeling amazing! I used it on a daily basis for the first week but eventually have tapered back as my nose doesn't get clogged as much in the first place. Would recommend anyone with clogged sinuses to give this a try just make sure to sanitize each time and DO NOT USE TAP WATER, I used bottled purified. The salt packages are where the magic happens so make sure to mix with the purified water well and don't go too fast so it can do its job. It's not pretty when you're doing it. I do it in the morning or late at night in the privacy of my bathroom right over the sink so it is an easy clean up. Have something to blow your nose nearby as you will need to do this several times to each nostril after use, just make sure to get out as much water as you can beforehand. Give it a try I did and was very happy!
