I’ve been using this health and fitness stepper a lot, and I love it! It’s super easy to use and perfect for those days when I’m not in the mood to go out for a walk or hit the gym. You can get a solid workout right from the comfort of your home. worth every single dirham...
This is amazing! it works really well. It saves space and time! for me as a super busy person to have a walk outside, this was a life changer. Now I can play my 30 minutes of Cardio with no excuses, while watching an episode in the mid of my bedroom, standing on this equipment. I can tell u with a moderate effort; I was able to raise the BPM to 150 which is equivalent to a speed of 6.5 on a treadmill. I'm recommending this to all my friends who want to lose weight!

Amazing every one should buy
I love it.. no sound and very stable and easy to use.. i tried it now for a week and i believe it will make a big effect by time its a great exercise.. maybe not good for people who have knee pain.. it has a small screen counting steps and burned calories

It's the best fitness purchase ever! So easy to incorporate and use even in the busiest and laziest days. The machine itself is very compact, doesn't make any loud sounds when used, easy to use. The workout on it is very fun, but can also be super hard if you want to. I reached 183bpm with it alone! You can add resistance bands, weights, or just go for a light walk on it! Amazing
