I have using always sanitary pads. Best in it is skin love, which has cotton feel on top. I tried many brands but nothing really supported better absorption for a super heavy flow (in that cotton feel). But the sticky bottom and size was still unsatisfactory. This private was my first time trying it. Even on the heaviest flow day, it absorbed the best. The stick part is so good that it really keeps the pad in place. The length of this night version (only one that I have used) is excellent. It also has cotton touch and is extremely thin. I could not get the best, after so many unsatisfactory products. What I still need to wait is to see how it reacts to skin, as I have sensitive skin. But until now it's really the best one, even better than always that I have been using.
