eWINNER USB Condenser Microphone with Stand for Radio Braodcasting Chatting Singing Skype Recording

The Mic is still not working. Last order I returned already and ordered again. I tried connecting this to laptop and phone through USB and audio jack but nothing is working. I am not sure of I am not using it right. But with the cable the other condenser mic what I have is working… Not sure if I can get technical help from the manufacturer. If I cant use it I may have to return it again

The product did not work with PC, PS4 of external speaker, used both the 3.5 and the USB with no success

Doesn't work. Even with a phantom power pack. Awfu. Avoid this product.
