This spin bike arrived on Sunday and my husband and I have used it every day since (5 days so far). It was very easy to assemble (although the box is super heavy) and the quality seems excellent so far - smooth and quiet. I am 5'2" (160cm) and my husband is 5'10" and fits us both fine.

This bike is gym-quality. Solid, silent, smooth. Easy to assemble. I’d give it five stars except the dumbbell holder, which was a major selling point, feels like an afterthought. The weights keep falling off. A little more engineering could have solved this. And the seat is uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have to buy an additional seat pad.

I have purchased a few Sunny brand items and have found it to be a reputable seller of exercise equipment! That said, love my new indoor spinner bike. It is reasonably priced, sturdy, balanced, easily assembled and arrived quickly! You get a very smooth and quiet ride (apartment dweller)I recommend this exercise bike.

I purchased this exercise bike in Dec 2020 but started using it the middle of Jan 2021 as part of my New Year's resolution. It was easy to set up and felt sturdy under my 6'2" 225lbs frame. I enjoyed riding it daily with most ride time lasting more than an hour which included some of Sunnyhealth's cycling videos on YouTube. It was working fine cause I had lost over 10 lbs. The problem began on March 11th when the seat post broke while I was 20 mins into my ride. Causing me to fall backwards to the floor with my feet clipped into my pedals. I contacted Sunny Health that same day giving a full discription as well as pics and requested a replacement post, I also had discovered a couple days prior it was starting to make a strange sound around the belt cover. I thought it would be a simple process in replacing the seat post but It took almost 2 weeks to get a response from them, at which point they were requesting video to show the problems. Disappointed that it took 2 weeks to get a response I immediately sent the video with the hope it will not take as long considering I had an official case number. Yet another 2 weeks passes by and nothing. I decided to call the customer service number and spoke to someone who suggested a means for me to do the repairs to the belt problem and assured me the seat post will be mailed out immediately. It is well past another 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved with Sunny Health. Amazon has been helpful in resolving this story and I will never touch another Sunny Health equipment because of the poor product support.
