I used it to clean and condition my leather couch. worked beautifully. I'm happy to recommend both the cleaner and the conditioner.

I had some issue with the horse-hair chemical agitation brush. The brush hair kept falling from the brush and was all over the leather seats during the process of agitation. This was not up to my expectations, and I am disappointed that I was provided with such a product.

Yes it kind a soap but does not clean well, probably does not dissolve any grease. Conditioner looks like just mix of silicon with something. Better to choose something like 3M (known brand)

Doesn't foam, dries very quickly, doesn't clean well, very small bottle. Overpriced, overhyped product. Won't recommend. Soap water does the job better.

This is just a great care kit for your leather seats. You won't regret buying it.

Excellent product

I came across this brand because I really wanted to try a good quality leather cleaner and conditioner to restore my leather bags and jackets. I am happy that they offer a bundle like this so I can try both before spending on the actual size. And to be fair, it does the job of cleaning, conditioning and restoring my leather stuff. My bag feels soft, smooth, shiny and beautiful after. Although one thing I noticed is that their conditioner has a strong chemical scent, it also kinda smells clean. I will purchase it again.

Keep in mind that this is the very first leather conditioner I have ever used. I recently came across some leather goods that are so well made that I had to buy some cleaner/conditioner for it to keep it performing well. I am very pleased with this product: it makes the leather smell fantastic, leaves no residues, gives the leather a very nice matte finish and is not overly glossy, makes leather very soft to the touch, i really enjoy the thickness and consistency it makes for a very effective product. I definitely recommend this product and as far as I know I dont think you could expect more out of a leather conditioner or cleaner

It cleans and shines very well , but the cleaning process is not easy , if u work hard then its work perfectly

I'd give 4 stars and an half, but I steel have the sent on my fingers which is rally cool ;-). Why 4 stars, just because it's not really clear how to properly use the cleaner with the brush and I found it too gentle.. I had a really hard time cleaning my driver seat and the result is not 100% perfect. Finally, just managed that no harm can be done by spraying directly on the leather and brushing like a maniac (200k km BMW 328xi). However, the conditioner is really amazing, like I said the sent is really cool and that DOES the job honestly. It's not oily, but really shiny! The back seat looks like new since it haven't been a lot used. Overall, really nice kit, well packed and stuff is really high quality, you can feel it just with microfibers. Tanks guys !
