I love the shampoo been using it for a while now but the packaging that came in was not good it leaked a little idk how it was handled

I was really disappointed when I received this bottle. The pump was half open, and as a result, a large amount of shampoo had spilled inside the packaging. The bottle was sticky, messy, and I had to clean everything before even using it. It’s frustrating to lose so much product right from the start, especially since this is a value pack. The shampoo itself might be good, but the poor packaging and lack of proper sealing made the experience very unpleasant. I hope the manufacturer improves the way the pump is secured during shipping.

Everything was ok but the only problem was that the bottles wasn’t sealed properly. I ordered 3 pieces 2 of them was leaked to the half in the plastic bad and out of it also that the cargo box was very wet from the shampoo!!!

Really works well on my hair. Makes it stronger, softer. Literally zero split ends
