Easy way to add collagen to coffee – mixes well and truly unflavored I’ve been using this BioSchwartz Collagen Peptides Bio+ for a while now and it’s been a simple addition to my daily routine. I mainly bought it to help support skin elasticity and overall joint health, and I’ve been taking one scoop per day split between two coffees. What I like most is that it’s truly unflavored. A lot of collagen powders claim to be tasteless but still leave a noticeable flavor. This one blends into my coffee really well and I honestly don’t notice it once it’s mixed. What I like: Mixes smoothly in hot coffee No noticeable taste or smell Easy way to add extra protein and collagen to a daily routine Simple ingredient profile How I use it: Each morning I split one scoop into two coffees and stir it in. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t clump if you mix it right away. I originally started using collagen to help with skin support as I’ve been losing body fat, and over time I’ve noticed my skin seems to be improving gradually. Obviously supplements aren’t magic, but adding this daily has been an easy habit that seems to be helping. Overall: If you’re looking for a simple collagen powder that mixes well in coffee and doesn’t affect the flavor, this has worked well for me and I’d buy it again.

It's very easy to disolve in my coffee!! There's no aftertaste!!! And when I just wanted water, I heated a little water, put in the collagen, which disolved quickly, added rest of water with ice!! I do notice a little pain relief, but it's still early. Even a little relief is better than none!! It's a good product, and I'll report back in about 2wks, and hopefully I'll have good news!! Well, it's just been about 2weeks since my first review, and I can now say, with certainty, that I definitely see an improvement in joint health!!! I have very advanced osteoarthritis. The worst of my pain is in my back. I've had 2 total hip replacements, 1 total knee replacement, done in 1999. I somehow got an infection in that replacement, and had to have a revision of that knee. The infection had also traveled to my back. I was in the hospital for a month, and then to rehab for a little over a month, all the while without a knee. They put in what they call a spacer. A new knee was put in about 8months later. All the time before I couldn't walk, so I was in a wheelchair. The pain in my back was terrible. I've been on tramadol with moderate relief. I also had total replacements of both shoulders. My right shoulder had dislocated, so back into surgery for a reverse shoulder replacement. So when I can see pain relief, I know what I'm talking about. The most relief for me has been in my back. I know it's only been a few weeks, but it's been the most consistant pain relief I've had so far. I even tried CBD with no effect. I did try another collogen product, but it peaked, and that was it. My left knee is now bon on bone, so I know where that's headed. So I will continue to take this product, and pray that the success I'm experiencing continue. I just had surgery on July 15th. This is the 20th, and my daughter came over today, and said you look great. Now this surgery was totally not related to my arthritis. You're walking much straighter, she commented. I know I said, my back feels pretty good. Then she saw the collogen on my kitchen table. Is it helping you, she asked me. Well you tell me. You think I'm walking better, and I am. So we'll see. Sorry, I really didn't mean to write a book, but I am so happy about this. I should say that I'm 77yrs old, and my arthritis started when I was 26yrs old, so I've lived with pain a lot of yrs. So you can hopefully see why I'm excited. Now I'm not expecting miracles, but this is the best pain relief I've had in the last 2weeks, than in years. Yes, I've had relief being on opioids, but I don't want to become dependent on them. Also, my nails are growing and are stronger, and my hair seems to have thickened a bit!!!! I'll let you all know in about a month, how I'm doing. In the meantime, if any of you all are having any issues with pain or your hair and nails, I strongly recommend giving this a try. Great product. It really is tasteless and mixes in well with everything. It’s a great way to add extra protein to your diet without any hassle. Will definitely be ordering again!

I've been taking collagen for nearly a year now. I was taking a MUCH more expensive product, and reviewing others and reading up on the products, I discovered the Schwartz brand, and being a brand that I know is typically high quality products AND at a significantly lower price, I decided to give it a try. I started taking collagen first in a pill form, then powder. I'd seen minimal improvement in joint pain from injuries and generally from psoriatic arthritis with the pills. Switching, I saw some significant improvements with the powder product I was previously taking. Joint pain improved, and I saw some improvement in my plaque psoriasis as well. Cured? No. Improved? Yes. And with plaque psoriasis, any improvements are always welcome. A side benefit has been an overall improvement in my skin and nails. The skin improvement is also welcome for a mid-60's woman, and the nail strengthening is BONUS! When my supply of my previous powder ran out, I switched to the Schwartz brand. First thing I DID notice immediately was that it did indeed blend instantly in my morning coffee, and there was indeed NO flavor. This was a pleasant change. I also noted that my experience had been that I'd have some counter spill often with the old product, I think due to something about the texture. Since it was all gone, I didn't have any for a physical/visual comparison, but I was always wiping some powder off the counter after mixing it. There is absolutely none of that, so no waste with the Schwartz. After nearly a month using this product, I've noted no diminishing in the improvements I'd seen previously. Because I had been on another product, I feel confident to state that the Schwartz product is working as well, at a lower cost and improved convenience. I also feel safe in assuming that I would have seen the same improvements initially if this had been my first powder product. I'm very glad to have discovered this product.

This is the first time I use this brand. It doesn’t change the taste of my morning coffee. However, it required stirring or it will clump. Unlike the others brand I have used, was dissolved in hot coffee immediately, but tasted and smelled like milk powder. Suppose this brand is more pure, not adding milk powder for weight. I use collagen for joints health. So far, I am not getting fast results as my previous brand. Hopefully time will tell.
