Currently there is a stock shortage of this line of products globally. Found this seller's product to be reasonably priced by comparison, give or take $80. Using this to host my OctoPrint software for an Ender 3 V2. You won't need the 8gb version to do this but it was the best option available to me at time of purchase. There have been zero issues with this in any regard and that alone deserves the 5 stars as I expected something. Ensure that you get a case and the stick-on heat sinks at bare minimum if you plan on buying this item.

This board is not able to read 1080p video from YouTube without massively dropping frames!!! Chromium browser which came as default with Pi OS does not support hardware encoding so you can forget YouTube or game streaming services using the browser like GeForce now. The build quality is excellent on the other hand.
