I loved everything that this bundle came with! I personally bought it for the three different resistance bands, and I’ve been pleased with their quality. There have been no signs of wear so far! I have also found the weighted bands/ropes to be sturdy. Using the door as a stopper is really helpful! Great kit for beginners and intermediates who looking to work out at home.

I really loved this set! It comes with a cute drawstring bag for the items. The resistance bands are durable & high quality. This is going to really help me with my home workouts. It also comes with training exercises pamphlet so that’s a plus! Definitely recommend!
