By reading the reviews, I expected this trainer to be delivered and built. As it happened, the building had to be done by myself. It wasn't particularly difficult but did take time. My family have enjoyed using the trainer during lockdown but it appears that one of the joints keeps coming loose during every workout. Who will provide a service to fix this? I am even able to fix it? Most purchases provide information on returns, issues with product etc. Not this one though. In terms of the machine, it is smooth but I am slightly disappointed by the limited dashboard. Would prefer for it to pair with my phone or ipad without having to incur a monthly subscription too.

The manufacturer does not respect you- expect to pay another US$40 to get a power supply and an online subscription to access basic features. They want to sell you a subscription more than they want your to assemble it properly, so go buy a second set of hex keys, a socket set and a screwdriver while you are at it- you'll need them all.Oh, and after two miles, mine made grinding noises and fell apart at one of the joints. I reassembled as tightly as I could and it happened again in another mile. I have never been more grateful for Amazon taking back a product.

This item i got from Amazon. it's quite bad because the battery. keeps on draining and there is no room for power adaptor. so that I can save money on putting batteries every week..
