It moisturizes and helps dry lips so much better than many other products. The colour is practically invisible except in daylight, where this Pink Punch is a transparent bright pink. (The Cherry might have a less Barbie effect, but it was unavailable at time of purchase.) It requires re-application throughout the day, but no more often than other brands. The stick doesn't dry out, and it lasts. There is a slight, pleasant flavour that wears off almost immediately.
