Extremely Disappointed – Food Made My Cats Sick!
I’ve been feeding my cats Royal Canin dry food (Digestive, Persian, and Sterilised variants) for a long time and always order online from trusted sources without issues. This time, since your store had a sale, I decided to purchase the same brand from you. Big mistake. After feeding them from the newly opened food pack I got from your store, my cats ate it once — then completely refused to touch it again. Within 24 hours, they started having diarrhea and vomiting. Now, I’m left with sick cats and a vet appointment. Lesson learned the hard way. I saved a few dirhams with your discounted price, but the vet bill will be way more. Worse, you put my cats’ health at risk. I don’t know what happened with this batch of food, but something is clearly wrong. This is unacceptable. I will never buy pet food from your store again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your products.

Definitely value for money as the food provides high quality nutrition, kibble size is slightly bigger which encourages cats to chew their food instead of swallowing. Kinda oily and has a strong smell for cat attraction, doesn't discomfort humans. Must try if you want quality cat food at a reasonable price.
