**Q: why there is Niacin and Niacinamide of the B3, what is the difference**
A: Niacin has more uses and positive effects but can cause flushing. Niacinamide doesn't have as many positive effects but will not cause flushing.

**Q: Why did the manufacturer make these with talc? it says <2%, but if one takes this every day it adds up!**
A: I am not sure. I have not purchased this product since adding PEG to the additional ingredients. Search for a manufacturer that makes niacinamide with as little 'bad' ingredients as possible.
