Anti-Stress Colouring: doodle & dream

'Anti-Stress Colouring' is my second book in the series and I have found they have improved my concentration and attention to detail, as well as greatly improved my hand to eye coordination. For anyone new to adult colouring-in, I can confirm it is a peaceful and therapeutic experience! It is a lovely way to unwind and de-stress, and some of the pictures are quite meditative. This book is full of lovely pictures; there are 30 full pages of pictures to colour in, in total. Some are intricate requiring fine-detailed work using fine-point pens, and some are full page repeating patterns without fine detail required. Most pictures strike a perfect balance so you can use normal pens/pencils, fat pens or very fine point pens to colour them. I use a magnifying glass for some of the very fine detail makes for much better accuracy. There are some mandalas (circle with repeating patterns), some flower-like patterns and some abstract pictures, so you can choose something suitable for your mood at the time. Pictures are printed on one side of the page only, which makes sense, as some heavy pen detail can bleed through the paper. It is safer to put a blank sheet of paper under the page you are colouring to protect the picture on the next page. There is a dotted line on each page, and I have started cutting the page out and keeping my completed pictures in a folder. I found the fold of the book got in the way when I was trying to do detailed work. Each of the 30 blank pages underneath a picture has a meaningful quote that finishes the book off nicely. I am thoroughly enjoying the coloring and will be treating myself to more in this series without any hesitation.

I bought this colouring book as a gift for myself for my birthday. I ordered the book on 5th and the estimated delivery date was between 21st-28th. But the book got delivered almost a week or so after this date. Which was much much later than my birthday :-( The book itself is very good. Good quality paper which doesn't blot if you use felt-tip pens to colour and a lot of variety in the designs. It's a good book and I'd recommend you to buy it if you're not in a hurry to receive it.

Absolutely awesome. My mother loves this anti-stress colouring book that I bought for her. She has been wanting an adult coloring book, and I knew this was the one - with so many things happening all around us, this is what would give her time to focus and do something that she loves. I bought her new coloring pencils too. The feel and look of Christina Rose's book are exquisite, and her coloring pages are amazing. This just came in the mail today, and my mom started coloring right away. Talk about stress relief!

im realy liking this colouring book for adults . the designs are hard to basic but very injoyable to do . the designs are printed on one side of paper and the paper is good quailty . the print is very clear . but what i most enjoy about this book are the quotes about dealing with stress . while you are colouring these quotes give you somit to think about and they have helped me understand much more about stress and how to cope . i realy think this is a good book , so glad to give 5/5 . happy colouring if you purchase this book :-)
