Quercus Calm the F**k Down

Really like the author’s books and only have one to go. This is definitely not for everyone, but if you want a light hearted approach to helping you get anxiety under control, this is a good choice for you. It hasn’t solved all my problems (not was I expecting it to), but it has helped me put things into perspective.

Nice little kick in the butt.

Sarah Knight is hilarious, honest and engaging. The advice she provides is practical and insightful and I really like the perspective she offers and how she reframes thought patterns. Personally, I've found this book helpful in managing anxiety.
