Horrible ball
Came with nothing cap or sealer to prevent the air from exiting, cheap and very low quality for high price i was expecting better quality.

a bit too soft but good
The texture is stickier then other exercise balls. It is also softer so even when fully blown its still stretchy rather than a tight exercise ball. Other than that it maintains its shape and can be used for exercise.
