Soap?
I feel this product is a bit of a scam. There is no way one would get the results showed in the ad images. I used it on two pairs of sneakers so far, it cleaned the sides a bit, but in no way do they look as new even after scrubbing for a while. Also not sure I could not get the same results simply using soap or some detergent.

Poor packaging.
The bottle cap broke after a week of storage. very poor quality bottle or it could be the contains of the product is very powerful for the container.
