Effective if applied like a a shaving foam. Keep for 2 hours and it will be effective for 1 hour. Though price is too high for such small jar.

I put the cream on thick enough to stay wet texture, covered and wrapped with plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 hrs. I wiped off excess that was still wet. When wiping you can tell immediately the area was numb. I stayed numb going on 4 hours so far. Size of product is good for the price because it works. Its very easy to use. And I rate it AAA+++ effective. I highly recommend it for anyone with pain issues or tattooing. Very good brand.

I got this for my tattoo removal sessions. I have big wings on my back and I get anxious days leading up to the appointment due to the pain. I saw another user applied this with Saran Wrap an hour before their appointment, wiped it off, re applied cream/wrap on their way to the appointment., and again wiped off right before their session. You still feel pain, however, it’s bearable. I 100% recommend for tattoo removal, just make sure you start at least an hour before your appointment.

Great product. I'm getting a full backpiece done and it has helped tremendously. I had line work and some shading & color done without anything, and while it wasn't bad I knew I wanted something to take the edge off. I ordered this as it was suggested to me and it definitely works. My last session took a couple trys to get the stencil correct on one side and there was a big difference in numbness between the sides. My daughter also got a chest tattoo recently and she didn't think it would make much of a difference. I convinced her to use some and when she was done she told me how glad she was to have used it and she could tell a difference when it was wearing off. The trick is to put a good amount on the area 1 to 1.5 hrs before the session and wrap it with cling wrap. Let your tattoo artist know you used it, and always pay attention to your body & it's response to pain levels.

Use this for tattoo and microblading clients. Works great! I leave on for 30-60 minutes and cover and you don’t feel a thing!
