I love this protein baking mix. I fixed waffles for the first time in like 5 years with this mix and they came out perfectly! There is not much flavor, so I add sugar and cinnamon. It's almost better that it doesn't have much flavor, that way yo can make it your own flavor. I love the fact that all you have to do is add water to make it. For waffles you add an egg and that's all.

What a great combination for breakfast. Protein, and carbs and the pancakes taste good. Remember they will not be fluffy regular pancakes that are made with wheat. They are flatter as they finish cooking. I was hesitant about this stuff as I am with any "protien packed" kind of food (9/10 it turns out being a sickly sweet cakey mess) this mix is not like that. Tastes like actual real pancakes. Doesn't taste fake, and doesn't taste like you're eating straight protien powder. I used almond milk in place of water and it was amazing. Cooked just like regular pancakes too! Ate with regular syrup because I have a sweet tooth, I'm sure sugar free wouldn't do any harm at all either. I cant wait to actually bake with this mix, as the back of the bag gives you a cool chocolate chip cookie recipe. 5 stars will totally be buying this again!

These are ok. Its great that they have so much protein, but they are a bit dry once they are cooked. The flavor is good though and they are filling! So it’s a decent value for the money.

If I reviewed this after the first bag I bought, it would be a 5 Star review. But this second bag I received doesn’t mix thoroughly. Small bits of mix stay clumped up. I’d guess it’s the x-gum. Inconsistent across the two bags I bought but I’ll probably purchase again anyway. Side note-add a bunch of cinnamon and some valinna extract otherwise these really don’t taste good.
