The Boss XL Hang - on Tree Stand from Big Game Treestands

Great combo at a great price. I have a few of them because as an archer the platform cant be beat for comfort and shots at any angle even around the tree because the foot print is so very large. But the quality of the welds on the platform and the thinner metal grate covering together make for poor quality and potential noise in colder weather when standing!!! If you put a thick piece of felt down on it when you are in it you will be ok and the cold will not get transferred into your boots as well. A trick we have learned! I would be happy to pay more if they would improve these areas! PLEASE!

This stand is heavy, but for the price I cannot really complain too much. I really liked the idea of the shooting rail for added safety and comfort, but it was a little lacking. First, I had a tough time getting it to really bite into the tree. Since I couldn't lock it down very well, there was some wobble.Even with the drawbacks, the shooting bar was worth it. I also added a concealment screen to help mask my movements.The stand itself was pretty good. The seat was comfortable, and the large platform was definitely nice.While not the ideal one day, pack in type stand, it will serve it purpose. I would definitely buy again.

product came in with molded seat cushions, and already had rust spots on it. plus I believe it was opened once already because some of the parts bags was already opened and zip tie already cut

Sits very well, all in all nice stand would buy it again if I needed a stand but this one is good
