Can this be mounted after youve already mounted your TV to the wall?

Will this work for Sonos Arc?

We found that the Sonos Arc has a dimension of 3.4" x 45" x 4.5" inches weighing approximately 13.78 lbs which requires the rear bolt holes for mounting which is perfectly compatible with the MD5420 soundbar bracket.
