Great tea for sipping in the evenings
This is a great zero caffeine tea to drink in the evenings or when I am sick with a cold. To be honest; this tea doesn't make me "sleepy" but it is a great evening tea to drink while relaxing and reading or while watching a movie.I enjoy making this tea with 8oz of just under boiling water, and allowing the tea to steep for 8+ minutes -- I can then really taste the chamomile and spearmint that is present in this tea; A tablespoon of raw honey goes well with this tea too.

These herbal teas are a nightly ritual for me. They taste good and help me relax before bedtime. Good buy.

Flat Fee? Nope, I got Flat Tea!
Love the tea. But, the Envelope it arrived in looked, felt (and probably was) Run over by a Mack truck, WHY??? What ever did that poor box of tea do to you? A box in an envelope is not a good combination. Not about to ask for another. This box barely made it....
