Sometimes if you put more or didn’t mix up your resin correctly it won’t dry. Sorry that’s all I know **Q: Do u have to add alcohol or silicone in order to get the cell effect? And some different techniques .. Each resin offers something different when it comes to effects... bc of consistency and how you want to create.. You don't want a cheap resin with a low work time.. as well you want it UV protectant... I thought with the silicone you were think acrylic? But just wanted to help if I could... Also using a heat gun won't scorch your piece so easily.... I use both... just different ideas to create **Q: Can this be used with uv resin?** A: Yes, and it creates beautiful lacing effects. A little bit goes a long way. **Q: Can this product be used for coloring polyurethane varnish for finishing wood surfaces?** A: If you are looking for an opaque product that makes cells it might be an option.
