As a man that considers sunscreen while on vacation enough "face lotion" for the year, moisturizing is definitely new to me. But I'm now 40 and I want to make sure I don't LOOK like a crusty old man when I eventually become one. And I have to say, this whole experience is painless and pretty nice. It's a relatively unscented (super mild) and it's a gel. It doesn't make my face feel greasy and I find it's nicer than more "lotion-ey" aftershaves. Give it whirl, gentlemen. It's just as good as the more expensive brands, but budget-friendly – especially if you're unsure if moisturizing is something you want to bring into your life.

My wife had me going to Sephora and buying this $60 can of cactus gel because I was putting Gold Bond on my face after taking a shower. Then I discovered Bevel, and now I use their body bar, face wash, face gel, and aftershave. It all has a light-masculine smell, unlike the stuff I was getting at Sephora. I was breaking out all the time, I sweat a ton when I workout, I work outside, not to mention the fact that I was forced to wear a mask for a year+. I hate to say it because it sounds like an advertisement, but now people comment about how good my skin looks. It also feels good to take care of your face.

Good moisturizer and did an outstanding job limiting shine. Unfortunately, I’ve had an acne breakout since using it that seems related. Something in it must have caused irritation to my skin. I’m trying to nail down and isolate what ingredient could have it caused. It’s too bad as I was enjoying the product during my first week with it. Giving it a 3/5 as others might have better results.
