If you drink a lot of water, especially with high activity levels, you definitely need this supplement to keep your body functioning properly. I take 3 individual supplements vs ones that contain everything in one capsule. These made all the difference, and I highly recommend!

Helped get rid of my 5 year struggle with bad breath in 2 days despite brushing my teeth twice a day, helped with stomach and intestinal pain, helped with acne, joint pain, muscle recovery, muscle cramping after intense workouts helped with low blood pressure. I am an athlete so I sweat a lot and just found out I had hypokalemia because of depleted low potassium levels. I take 1 one in the morning 1 at night. Potassium had been my missing link. Also bought their Magnesium CitaMate and take them at the same time.

I use multiple Thorne vitamins. Love them all.

Thorne may cost a little more but the quality is the best. You never have to worry about sub par products.
