Can i put dual monitor

If you have multiple displays with Display ports on them. There is one native HDMI port on the card but you can buy a display port to HDMI adapter and they can have four monitors. However, the Hz are limited by the monitor. Most TVs are 60 Hz so you are limited by that if you use that.

My gf has a 600W bronze rating would this be acceptable to run this card? I don't have all specs tbh but idk if thats cutting it close or not.

The recommended power supply for this card is to have a min of 450W. Depending on your CPU and other components you should be fine with your current power supply. As long as it has available 8 pin power connector for the card.

Will it work with the base XPS 8700

I have it currently in an XPS8700. I don't think mine was 'base', but I think the motherboard is the same for all. I think I only had considerably more RAM than the base. I struggled a little bit: tight cable runs, but got it to work eventually.
