IN ADDITION IF IT'S NOT PLUGGED IN AND HAS BATTERIS IN IT YOU MUST REMOVE THE GUITAR CORD WHEN NOT IN USE OR YOU WILL DRAIN THE BATTERIES. **Q: Can I use this with other pedals on a board in a chain?** A: The Boss GT1 has a mono line in and mono/stereo lines out so I imagine you could add it to a board. It’s really a nice stand alone unit. I’m not sure where you would put it in the chain? Perhaps run your guitar through the Boss GT1 into your amp input and run your pedal board through your effects lines in/out **Q: Is this something that you use for background music for an like rap do you have to have an instrument for this** A: We use this for any kind of music. We use it with a guitar **Q: Can you attach more pedals to it?** A: Yes you can. I suggest buffered pedals in line into the input after the guitar. It also has a connection (most likely 1/4” stereo jack input) for an expression pedal. I run my GT1 into a Boss FV 500 volume pedal, out into my Boss VE8 with a FS 5U unlatching pedal connected to the VE8.
