I received only 1 item, it says a pack of 4!

The description clearly states that 4 packages are included in the order. I ordered this to be delivered to my father in law and he only received 1 box of the caplets. I need to have 3 additional boxes shipped at NO CHARGE. I was billed for 4 boxes of the product.

I, for whatever reason, was having trouble finding caplets in my area. For a few months, all I could see in stores was liquid and chewables. I don't like the taste of either. I was happy to get a set of 4 to give to my family and keep for myself. They work well and the exp dates were at least a year off.

I live in a developing country so I carry a bottle of these pink angel pills with me almost wherever I go.
