Are this needles fit for Beads embroidery? Are they hooked?

Yes they are fit for bead embroidery, and each needle does have a hook ( much smaller than a metal crochet hook).

can you use regular embroidery thread?

Yes, you can, it depends on the fabrics you work on to put the hook through.

Will my #130 needle fit in this handle?

Wish I could answer you, but I have just started using my Lacie and don't know what other sizes you could use in it.

Can the needle be used on any fabrics? I tried to use but the needle is frequently stuck in the fabric. Or it's my technical problem?

Best fabric to use is pure silk Organza. The skill to Tambour is to learn how to pull the needle up with out it getting stuck, this may take many hours of practice. Try pushing the needle backwards just before you begin to bring the needle up through the fabric. I found this tip has helped some of my frustrated students. Good luck and practice is the key.
