No, they are not glow-in-the-dark, but they have little features which react under a black light. I really like them, the bright white under the black light is not overwhelming and done really well. I have stacks and stacks of cards and these are among my very favorite decks.

The cards are unique, Dramatic faces, fangs, frowns, drooping faces and eyes. Yes they are proper faced with one eyed jacks.

Q: Is the quality of the cards itself good for playing things like egyptian war or speed?

I Don't know About the game of Egyptian war but I do know about speed.These cards are good for speed
