Best pizza pan I've found
This pizza pan is one of the most used items in our kitchen. I had another one just like it, but after many years of overuse, it finally looked too disreputable, so I came to Amazon to find an identical replacement. The holes in the pan allow the pizza crust to bake perfectly instead of getting soggy. So many pizzas have directions that say to bake directly on the oven rack without a pan, but that causes terrible messes. With this pan you get the same results without the mess in the oven. We also like it that the pan does not have any non-stick coating that could come off it the food or wear off when the pizza is cut on the pan. It is a bit of a pain to wash all the food out of the holes, but it can be done with the sink's sprayer and a fork tine to poke through the holes.

Worth a few extra bucks for great crust!
Wonderful pizza pan. We like thin and crispy crust and this pan is perfect for getting the dough cooked just right and not soft or soggy! We have had one of these for years and yes, it has lines where the pizza cutter has marred the surface, but it still works great. We bought a second one last week and it's just as great! Tried a similar cheaper pan first, didn't like it at all. This is so worth the extra few dollars.

amazing...
I was using a pizza stone and could NEVER get it make a crispy crust (Trader Joe's crusts)...I simply do not know how anyone could unless you heated up the crust before adding the sauce and other ingredients...that is not how pizzas are supposed to be made... Anyway, after much frustration, I purchased this item...and guess what....on the first try, amazing pizza with a crust that was not mush. I will never use a pizza stone to make a mushy pizza again. It makes far more sense to have holes on the bottom of your baking tray (whatever you use), to allow for air to dry the underside of the pizza...without these holes, I do not see how you can get a crispy pie...period! This is a great item and it works great...highly recommended!

Good Pan for Very Large Pizza
My family likes those very large pizzas from our local warehouse club. It's always a problem getting them to fit on a tray to heat in the oven (usually the pizza hangs off the tray and drips all over the oven making a big mess). These pans are wonderful. The pizza fits on the tray very well and the holes underneath help crisp up the pizza. Cleanup is pretty easy but cheese can get caught in the little holes underneath. The pizza isn't as crisp as when I bake on my pizza stone, but it's good. The trick is to leave it in the oven a bit longer than directions suggest otherwise the bottom is too soft. I use them often, about once a week (Sunday is pizza night). Very sturdy pans.

Best pizza pan ever!
Perfect pizza! Hubby used to love to put the pizza directly on the rack. A vacation condo had one of these airbake pans and he liked it so much he requested I get one. It is super lightweight & keeps the bottom of my oven and my oven racks clean! Both of us are happy.

Great Product!
I have tried baking frozen pizzas in the oven on foil or on a pan. They usually come out doughy in the center and the longer you bake them, the harder the crust gets but the middle still seems mushy. This pan bakes a frozen pizza perfectly! I haven't tried homemade yet but plan to. Washes up so easily too. This would be a great gift for anyone who likes to make pizza at home.

Pizza pan nice and works ok
I was hoping to find a pan that would bake the bottom of the pizza so it was crunchy, but this does not. It tends to leave the bottom kind of soft even after the top of the pizza cheese is already browning. What finally worked for me was a stone; expensive, but as you heat the stone in the oven for 30 minutes before you place the pizza on it, it does crisp up the bottom of the pizza as I wanted.

Pizza pan shopping... you’ve come to the right site to buy it.
this product is ideal for pizza making. Loved it so much bought two. The hole size is perfect for the most amazing pizza crust. The diameter is great especially for an extra large thin crust pizza. So happy I found this product. I have many different types of pizza pans but this one is by far the best.

I was shocked when it arrived because the box was so big. Opened the shipping box, a GIGANTIC perforated pan that just barely fits into my oven. Very impressed with the quality, solid, well finished with no sharp edges and still light-weight. I have AirBake cookie sheets that I have been using for over 20 years and are still in great condition and I feel confident that this pizza pan will serve me just as well.

I made a few homemade pizzas with this pan. I found that the dough would sink through the holes, such that when you were done cooking with it, you had to run your hand over the surface to knock all the hard plugs of cooked dough out of the holes.

This is good, but if you get a chance to buy the copper one it’s better.
