Really like these! Great way to turn a straight bar into an EZ curl bar. The thick grips make the weight so much harder to lift. Great way to vary an otherwise pretty standard arm workout.

unreal, I didn't think they would be nearly as good as they are. what a grip and forearm work out from these things. I have smaller hands so they are very challenging. your hands and forearms will be burning in no time! Great quality. Solid and super grippy.

I have been using this with my workouts for about a week now, it works great and seems high quality and likely to hold up long term. I have handled real Fat Gripz before, this one feels a little more slick, like rubbery silicon vs the Fat Gripz that feel more like a rubber eraser. But for 1/2 the price I can live with that. I am still able to do all my exercises and it really targets your forearms. They are relatively easy to take on an off, although I try not to too much since I am not sure if that will shorten the life span. Since I use adjustable dumbbells, I actually just leave them on a pair of handles, and have another set of handles without them. FYI they fit 1" diameter dumbbell handles, but are a little loose, just like Fat Gripz. When when you actually lift, if you squeeze the handles (like you are supposed to) they do not move. The only reason to buy the real Fat Gripz are if you want to smaller diameter or larger diameter ones. But if this brand made those and at this price, I would buy it from them!

We got these for my husband after he complained of his forearms. He used to be a Logger and the constant holding saws and chains kept his arms big with little need to lift. Now he's an LEO and he saw something very similar being used by Jay Cutler, so we got some. He said it definitely engages your forearms and wrists way more and he has seen progress pretty quickly, theyre solid, not squishy so it's easy to keep hold. They don't really spin on the bars either. Holding up pretty well. He doesn't use gloves for lifting so I'm not sure how these would work for people that do.
