Excellent customer service from the manufacturer! ### ⭐⭐⭐ good but bad *by M***. on 16 March 2021* All of so very disappointing sad and extremely annoying:- disappointing because it is an excellent piece of engineering, robust, neat, with excellent sound quality and profile, totally let down by incompetent firmware. Sad because of the totally wasted effort put into the design of the product. And extremely annoying because of every note or random noise recorded whilst trying to use it on my computer, I can no longer extinguish; or do anything at all with. The firmware, you see, has completely broken down and the device is therefore non-existent as far as the computer is concerned. Hence I cannot access any work or item recorded. It is all still on the device and can only be heard on the ear-phones. So; now no more than a piece of junk!
