When I first purchased it, I wasn't sure it would stand the test of time... but it has.. yay! It's solid and strong and was easy to put together (3 piece flatpack) I have a hardwood laminate floor and it's been fine on that with no scuff marks, it can slide a little which personally I do not mind although a small rug or carpet can help it keep still.
