Melted easily and had a nice smooth consistency. Was not familiar with this brand but I could not get Wilton’s in time. This product shipped quickly. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Will purchase again. Taste was as good as Wilton’s.

These are the first melts I’ve boughten that don’t leave my mouth feeling gritty. They heated nicely and set up quickly. The flavor was mild but still sweet. The consistency once they were melted was very smooth and perfectly flowed into a very detailed mold.

This is the best melting chocolate I've ever used! The flavor of the White Chocolate was so delicious and super creamy! It melted beautifully and set up even better. Will absolutely only be using Merckens from here on!

The white, dark and milk couverture by Cambie is absolutely delicious and so easy to work with. I made chocolate covered peanut clusters and pretzels for my family members and they just loved all three flavors. I will be ordering more very soon. Chocolate melted well and tasted good

Great for candy making even eating. I use it for making chocolate covered cherries and I’ve never had a problem with it. It melts beautiful. The candy comes out shiny and the taste is very very good. I’ve been making chocolate covered cherries for years using Merkins’s chocolate.

The chocolate is outstanding! The price seems a little on the high end.

Perfect. Tasty and easy to use

I don't eat sugar but my husband does and every year he makes white chocolate bark. This is a super easy recipe with the wafers, cranberries and pistachios. It is a bit expensive but our neighbours, friends and family have come to count on a gift of the bark each Christmas. I heard the word "Yummy" a lot when people tried it this year, so my husband says he will buy these wafers again.

They were easy to melt and make molded chocolates. Tastes great and definitely worth the money.

These melted up good in a double boiler pot, I added 1 tsp of coconut oil to 2 cups of chocolate. My strawberries and pineapple were great. They are not too sweet, but just right.
