these are excellent, but please do chew them. I found one at the bottom of the WC. They are very bitter (but bitter herbs tend to be beneficial); just chew them and have something nearby to drink to help get rid of the bitterness. They are excellent.

I have been taking these on and off for years now. I first discovered them after working at a vitamin cottage. These work surprisingly well. No cramping like senna. These have valuable herbs that are great for your liver and overall health. I believe one has to already eat somewhat healthy before adding these to your lifestyle. Take it slow at first. I start with just one of each at night then work up to morning and evening. You will know what is best for your body.
