Had I not needed to use right away I would have returned it immediately. Taking the cane out with the idea of folding it up when not in use means you have to bring your own elastic ( I threw the plastic bag it came in to the garbage.) I presumed the cane would hang on the edge of the table.. not so. It fell off so many times I finally gave up trying and laid it of the floor. Mais non, elle est même moins bruyante que la canne que j'utilisais qui n'est pas pliante seulement ajustable. Chaque joint est doté d'un anneau en nylon qui assure la stabilité et évite le bruit. La poignée est antidérapante ce qui évite qu'elle ne nous glisse des mains. Not super bad but notable.The biggest issue is how loud it is to use! Every time you put the foot into the ground the cane makes a clicking sound... it's like a wooden pegleg on a wood floor, it's rather loud.
