I've been applying the wim hof method for 3 months now, I've went from someone who despises cold weather to one who showers in 3°C water first thing in the morning. What's great about this method is that no one can question its efficacy, you can start getting noticeable results since day 1.

Wim is a pioneer. The method is easy and effective. Anybody can do something for their wellbeing, you only need motivation, that's all!The science is there, but this solution for health is free of charge so doctors will probably not recommend it as there won't be any benefit (compared to pills and meds).Anyway: The best book I read this year and the start of a better health.

Muy bien explicado el método

Yo practicaba el método de Wim Hofman desde hacia tiempo, pero comprar el libro ha sido un acierto porque me ha permitido conocer más detalles sobre el método y sobre la vida de Wim, y cómo lo desarrolló, además de pruebas científicas, etc.Para quién le guste el método, se lo recomiendo como lectura ligera.

Ancora non ho finito di leggere tutto il libro. Le tecniche sono molto interessanti (sia quelle di respirazione, che esposizione al freddo). Al momento mi sto trovando molto bene con gli esercizi suggeriti, per quanto riguarda le "evidenze" scientifiche non ho competenza sufficiente per poter giudicare ... ma gli "esercizi" non mi hanno fatto male. Secondo me vale la pena di provare, il libro è chiaro e scritto bene.

Este libro me ha llevado por un viaje increíble de exploración, crecimiento y descubrimiento personal. Dentro no hay una serie de pasos como si fueran recetas, dentro hay la vida de un hombre que busca y seguirá buscando lo más fundamental del bienestar humano. Total y ampliamente recomendado ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
